Interceptor Waste Treatment

Hotels, restaurants, cafes, chip shops, garages, golf clubs, bus operators, in fact anyone dealing with fat or oil residues needs interceptor traps. An interceptor trap catches the noxious substances, while allowing the water they are mixed with to pass into the normal waste system. Wonderful things, but their main problem is that they can get blocked and interceptor traps do benefit from regular cleaning. Floyds Environmental provide two services for the cleaning of interceptor traps.

Call Out

If you want to wait until the trap is blocked before calling us out, that is not a problem. We will respond to your call within a short timescale, clean the trap and let you carry on with your business.

Scheduled Cleaning

To minimise the disruption that a blocked trap can cause, we also provide a contract service. We will agree with you the frequency of cleaning, and schedule our visits at times when they cause you the least inconvenience. This ensures that you always have working interceptor traps, and that the inconvenience to your business is kept to an absolute minimum. In the event of a blockage occurring outside of the normal cleaning schedule, there is a significant discount on our normal call out charges.
